Litigation practice management

Never miss a limitation date.

Justis Ai is a digital chamber for an individual or boutique litigation practice. It holds the file, the diary, and the limitation register in one place, and counts down every statutory period so you do not have to keep them in your head.

14 days free, no card. See how it works, or sign in if you already have an account.

M-2026-0114Appeal under s. 34, Arbitration and Conciliation Act
11 days left
Order dated 12 Dec 2025Expires 12 Mar 2026

The marks are the days Justis Ai writes to everyone assigned, 30, 15, 7, 3, and 1. The last few sit close together on purpose: that is what the end of a limitation period actually looks like.

How it works

Built around the life of a cause, not around a database

Every screen sits at one of these seven points. Nothing in Justis Ai exists that does not move a cause along this line.

  1. 01

    Engagement

A client walks in. You take the papers and the brief.

  2. 02

    Cause opened

Justis Ai issues a reference, builds the folder tree, and starts the record.

  3. 03

    Documents filed

Pleadings, annexures, orders, and correspondence, each in its place.

  4. 04

    Hearings listed

The diary fills. Reminders go out at 7, 3, and 1 day, and on the morning.

  5. 05

    Limitation tracked

Every statutory period counts down in front of you. Nothing lapses quietly.

  6. 06

    Hearing prepared

Issues, authorities, rebuttals, and last time's orders, on one sheet.

  7. 07

    Cause disposed

The file closes, and stays searchable for as long as you need it.

Client management, billing, cause-list integration, and an AI assistant are designed for but deliberately out of Phase I.

What is inside

Seven modules, one record

Everything hangs off the cause, so a document, a hearing, a task, and a note are never separate filing systems.

Dashboard and search

Today's hearings, what falls due next, what changed, and what is assigned to you. One search box across causes, documents, notes, orders, and parties.

Master case management

One record per cause: parties, court, case and filing numbers, classification, assignment, stage, and status, with a reference that never changes.

Court calendar

Hearings by day, week, and month, with hall, bench, purpose, and the counsel appearing. Change a date and the cause's next hearing follows.

Digital document file

The standard folder tree on every cause, pleadings, annexures, orders, evidence, correspondence, with version history and private cloud storage.

Limitation register

Appeal periods, reply dates, written submissions, compliance, and court-directed dates, each drawn as a depleting measure of time.

Hearing preparation

A structured sheet for every listing: issues, questions of law and fact, last time's orders, arguments, authorities, rebuttals, and the outcome.

Document automation

Vakalatnama, affidavit, memo, adjournment and covering letters, filled from the cause and downloaded as Word or PDF.

Your chamber

Four roles, and each sees only its own work

Access is enforced in the database itself, not just hidden in the interface. An advocate sees the causes they are assigned to; a associate can prepare but not restructure; a clerk keeps the diary and the file current.

Row-level security on every table, so a stray request returns nothing rather than someone else’s cause.
Documents live in private storage and are reached only through short-lived links.
Every change is written to an activity log the Administrator can read.
Administrator
Opened the chamber and runs it: full access, including users, lists, and the activity log.
Advocate
Runs their assigned causes, hearings, tasks, and documents.
Associate
Reads assigned causes and prepares hearing sheets and notes.
Clerk
Opens causes, schedules hearings, and files documents.
Pricing

Priced per chamber, not per cause

Seats are people who can sign in, not causes you can open, and no plan limits how much work you keep in Justis Ai. Change plan or leave whenever you like; your documents export as they went in.

The waiting list

Not ready to open a chamber today?

Leave your details and we will write when there is a place for your practice. We take chambers on in small numbers so that everyone who joins gets set up properly, with their courts, their cause types, and their people already in place.

Nothing to lose by starting now instead: open your chamber and take the 14 free days.

How we should address you.

Where we write when a place opens.

Optional. The practice you would be setting up.

Optional. Where you practise.

Optional. Only if you would rather we called.

Optional. It tells us which plan would suit.

Optional. The kind of work you do, or what you are using today.

No card, no obligation. We write once, when there is a place.

A physical file cannot tell you it is about to lapse.

That is the whole argument for keeping the chamber here instead.
